In an ideal world, we could fund the operation of the Time Bank with only Time Dollars themselves - maybe some day! Until then, we do have some real operating costs that need to be paid, and we ask all members to participate in that to the best of their ability as a part of joining [0].
Membership in our time bank requires payment of yearly membership dues, along with a regular contribution of Time Dollars to the Time Bank itself. The first part helps us pay our bills, and the second part insures that we can make use of Time Bank member services as much as possible in running the Time Bank (assisting members, arranging for publicity, managing the website, etc).
We do offer a sliding scale of dues options, to accommodate members with different levels of income:
- $40 per year + 1 time dollar per quarter
- $30 per year + 2 time dollars per quarter
- $20 per year + 3 time dollars per quarter
- $10 per year + 4 time dollars per quarter

We can accept cash, checks or money orders. Please make checks or money orders payable to "Wayne County Time Bank."
Note that payments to the Wayne County Time Bank are not tax-deductible.
